Boarding House

We located at 40 Mt Pleasant Drive, which is cnr Mt Pleasant Drive & Pendennis Rd directly opposite the UZ student entrance & terminal. Our apartments consists of 4 bedrooms housing 2 students in each, with 2 bathrooms, a communal kitchen, dining area, lounge, washing machine & dishwasher cubicle that is fully furnished with all utensils provided. Residents only need to bring linen, clothes and their books. The apartments come with Solar backed up by ZESA and generator. Gas & borehole water provided. There is a communal drying area, and a roof deck/balcony with a communal manned reception, communal visitors and students area and a gym. Parking for 13 students, and 24hour security further monitored by 24 CCTV outdoors and public areas. The rooms have a bunk bed, workstation for 2 students, double door fridge for occupants, built-in wardrobes, storage shelves and underfloor heating. Cost is $500 per head per month.
